Use of this website
This website is provided by NTALabs for informational purposes. You may browse it freely. Submitting the contact form constitutes a request for information, not a contractual obligation.
Deployment and hardware
InfraVero is proprietary software, delivered as a managed on-site deployment. NTALabs specs, supplies, installs, and maintains the sensors, cameras, and the appliance that runs InfraVero for the contract term. The appliance remains NTALabs property; sensors and cameras may be bought out. Operating responsibilities, SLAs, and data-access terms are set out in your service agreement. NTALabs is not liable for data loss, security incidents, or operational issues arising from changes made on the customer side outside that agreement.
Service agreements
Pilot and production engagements are governed by a separate service agreement between you and NTALabs. SLAs, support scope, integration work, and data-access terms are defined in that agreement.
