Remote access without opening ports

How the deployment is actually secured, control by control. For what is shipped today versus scoped per pilot, see the trust center.

Every control, and how it works

Enough mechanism to answer an IT or GRC questionnaire without a call, and to explain the posture to leadership without buzzwords.

How sign-in works

Password sign-in with optional stepped verification (TOTP), and roles that map to how your org splits control-room from read-only access. Repeated failed attempts lock the account.

How you reach the deployment

Remote access runs over an outbound encrypted tunnel, so there is no inbound port to open on your firewall. Abusive traffic is detected and blocked automatically at the edge.

How alerts leave the network

Alerts route through the notification workflows chosen for a pilot, over the same outbound path. Operators review, acknowledge, and escalate from those channels; no extra inbound access is opened to deliver them.

How the audit trail is produced

Sign-ins, sessions, permission changes, and confirmed AI actions are written to an append-style log you can export for a review. Sensitive configuration is encrypted at rest.

How answers stay grounded

Every answer from InfraVero Intelligence is assembled from specific sensor readings and time windows and shows them. Anomaly alerts require several independent checks to agree. There is no free-form prediction with nothing behind it.

How the deployment stays observable

Optional intrusion detection, a security center for account and session review, remote-access operations, and health metrics, so operators can see the deployment’s state, not just trust an audit chip.

How workloads are isolated

Workloads are isolated from each other with enforced resource limits, so one cannot starve another or read another’s data. Telemetry is written to on-site storage.

How it degrades offline

The core runs on-site, so local ingestion, storage, dashboards, and alerting keep working if the internet drops. Remote browser access resumes when the tunnel reconnects.

Defense in depth

Multiple independent security layers protect your deployment from edge to application.

Access

Signed-in users, least privilege, audited actions

Edge path

Encrypted reach to your deployment, no wide-open inbound ports

Core

Telemetry and history stay in the environment you operate

How we talk about trust boundaries in plain language

Lean stack, practical footprint

Focused services for ingestion, storage, analytics, and AI, so the on-site appliance is sized to your scale, not an oversized reference architecture.

You choose the topology: fully on-premises, air-gapped where required, or hybrid when you want secure remote access for distributed teams.
